Preparation is the job

Ask any painter what makes a finish last and the answer is the same: preparation. On a ZN job, floors are sheeted, fittings are masked, surfaces are washed and sanded, and cracks are repaired before a tin is opened. The job photos on this site show that stage as proudly as the finished coats, because it is the part that decides how the paint looks in five years.

What we will not do

We will not paint over a surface that is not ready, and we will not quote blind. If a wall needs crack repairs before render, or a roof needs repointing before membrane, that goes in the written quote up front rather than appearing as a surprise later. You approve the full scope before work starts.
