These terms apply to all visitors using the ZN Painting Services website. By submitting an enquiry or requesting a booking, you agree to these conditions.

Quotes and estimates

Estimates given through the website or over the phone are based on the details you supply. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after we have inspected the job in person. A written quote covers the scope of work listed in it; any extra work you ask for later is quoted separately before it starts.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being painted, including water and power where exterior washing or tools require them. Please move small and fragile items before work starts; larger furniture can remain and will be covered. Let us know about pets, alarm systems and any known hazards on site.

Payment terms

Payment terms are set out in your written quote. We will confirm accepted payment methods when the quote is issued.

Governing law

These conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria (VIC).
